Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At the moment, we are only doing pick-ups.

You will receive an email when your purchase is ready to be picked up.

Please visit us on Lv1 90 Phillip Street, Parramatta, NSW to collect your item.

Refund Policy

As we are a micro employment business, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

 

We aim to produce products to the highest quality but sometimes thinks can go wrong. You can request a refund or exchange if an item does not match the product you requested such as:

  • incorrect image and/or wording on your chosen item;

  • the product was damaged or broken when you received it;

  • you received the wrong item.

If you feel that you need to return an item, we request that you send us an email outlining the issue, including a photograph of the item to info@printable.org.au and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

We ask that you kindly notify us within 30 days of receiving your product.

If you wish to return your damaged product to us, we request that you cover the costs associated with the return delivery.
